MEDITERRANEAN: omega-3

In Omega-3 I've photographed the fish that French fisherman Guillaume Letestu caught during his workday on the Mediterranean. Guillaume is one of the last three fishermen left in the small, touristic and residential town of Cassis on the French Riviera, half an hour South of Marseille. Some days Guillaume captures the equivalent of 300-400 Euro of fish, other days he can barely earn 50 Euros.  

The series was shot in the Spring 2015 while I was an artist-in-residence at The Camargo Foundation in Cassis, France.
